Official venue and visitor information
Getting to the venue
Use the Broad Street Line southbound to NRG, the sports-complex terminus. From 30th Street, take the Market–Frankford Line east and change at 15th Street/City Hall for the southbound Broad Street Line.
From Regional Rail at Suburban Station, walk to City Hall for the Broad Street Line. Save the NRG-to-arena walking route and your ticketed entrance; arriving at the station does not put you at the security queue.
Plan the journey home
Return to NRG for northbound Broad Street trains. If your trip continues on Regional Rail or from 30th Street, check that onward departure separately: the city train still running does not guarantee your final connection.
For a car pickup, the arena identifies Lot D on the southeast side as its Lyft zone. Recheck the concert’s traffic arrangements and agree a backup meeting point before entering the arena.
Accessible arrival and seating
Contact Xfinity Mobile Arena before booking if you need a wheelchair space, companion ticket, hearing support or another adjustment. Confirm the route from your station, parking space or drop-off to your ticketed area, including any lifts or stairs.
Use the venue’s current visitor information to ask about accessible entrances and assistance. A nearby station or parking space does not establish that the whole route is step-free.
Parking, drop-off and collection
Other events at the Sports Complex can affect road access. Check the arena’s event parking instructions before setting off.
Agree a permitted collection point before the show, with a backup if traffic restrictions change. Check the parking operator’s closing time, pedestrian exit and event conditions before paying.
Entry, bags and event-specific rules
The security page distinguishes small clutches from larger bags requiring screening. Concert rules can differ from Flyers and Sixers games, so check your show rather than applying sports rules.
Check the current concert page for bag restrictions, prohibited items, age rules, ticket requirements and doors time. Arrange overnight luggage storage separately; do not assume a cloakroom or bag-drop service is available. Ask the venue about medical items in advance.
Where to base an overnight stay
South Philadelphia near the sports complex suits a trip centred on the concert, provided the particular hotel has a practical walking route. Large roads and car parks can make a short straight-line distance misleading.
Center City near the Broad Street Line gives you a direct rail approach plus more of the city on foot. A 30th Street-area base may suit an intercity train, but involves the Market–Frankford/City Hall transfer for the concert. Compare the return journey as well as the room.
