Tell us which artist, event or page you were viewing, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot and your device or browser name can help. Never send a verification code, password or payment details.

For email sign-in, check your junk folder and enter the six-digit code in the CatchWorm tab where you requested it. Codes expire after 15 minutes; choose Send a new code if you need another. SMS sign-in is only available when it’s enabled.

Manage your artist preferences from Manage alert preferences on the artist page, or stop alerts for an artist using the link in an alert email. To stop all email alerts, use Alert settings under Your account or the Turn off all email alerts link in an alert email. Sign-in codes are unaffected. Alerts depend on updates from our sources; ticket checks are periodic and don’t guarantee availability at checkout. If an expected alert hasn’t arrived, check your junk folder and your artist preferences.

Want to access, correct or delete your personal information, or raise a concern about how we use it? Email hello@catchworm.com. Tell us what you need, but don’t send verification codes, payment details or identity documents unless we ask for them securely.

We’ll acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed and tell you the outcome. This acknowledgement period is separate from the deadlines for handling your data rights requests.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Use the same email address for an accessibility issue or a concern about shared content, copyright or a shared plan. Include a link to the page or content, but avoid forwarding private invitation links unless we need them to investigate.

For ticket, accommodation or transport payments, refunds and booking changes, contact the provider on your confirmation. CatchWorm doesn’t take these payments or manage those bookings.
