Terms of use
CatchWorm helps you find your next gig, plan with friends and keep memories from the night. These terms apply when you use the service. CatchWorm is operated by Juan Huang, a UK sole trader trading as CatchWorm. For questions, see our Contact page.
Find shows, book with the provider
We bring together event information, artist updates and links to tickets, travel and somewhere to stay. CatchWorm doesn’t sell or issue tickets, transport or accommodation. Your booking is with the provider you choose, under its terms.
Dates, venues, prices and ticket availability can change. An availability label is information from a source or a check, not a reservation or guarantee that you can buy a ticket. Check the seller’s latest details before paying or making travel plans.
A date checked against an artist, venue or seller website is not a promise of ticket availability. Sold-out shows may still be listed. Our listings are not exhaustive, and announcements, automated summaries and provider feeds can be incomplete or out of date. Use the source or seller link for current details. Travel times and fares are estimates.
Your account and alerts
Use an email address or mobile number you control. Keep verification codes and private invitation links to yourself or your intended group. Don’t use someone else’s account or misrepresent who you are.
You can choose the artists and updates you want to track, then edit your preferences or turn alerts off. We check for updates periodically and send email alerts based on your choices and the information available from our sources. Saving an alert preference doesn’t guarantee an email, an available ticket or access to a presale.
Share thoughtfully
Share event links with friends using the options your device supports. A shared plan link may show event details, participant names and attendance responses to people who receive it.
Moments are private in the current version; public posting is disabled. Where private invitations are available, people who join through your link can see and contribute to that collection. Keep links within your intended group. Recipients can copy content they can see.
Only upload or share content you have permission to use, including any necessary permission from people shown in it. Don’t post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material, or disclose another person’s private information without permission. Shared content may be copied by other people; deleting it here won’t remove copies elsewhere.
You keep ownership of your uploads. By sharing them, you allow CatchWorm to store and display them to the audience you choose so the feature can work. We may restrict or remove content or access to address misuse, a rights complaint or a legal requirement. To raise a concern, contact us.
Keep your own copies
Some saved shows, plans and older memory media are stored only in your browser and may be lost if you clear site data or change devices. Shared photo and video uploads may be unavailable while storage isn’t enabled. CatchWorm isn’t a backup service: keep the originals of anything important.
External links and service changes
External providers are responsible for their own bookings, services and content. If a booking link earns us a commission, we’ll identify it clearly before you click. Don’t assume a link is a price comparison or the cheapest option.
We aim to keep CatchWorm useful and accurate, but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free third-party information. Features may change as we develop the app. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Leaving and getting help
You can stop using CatchWorm at any time. Signing out isn’t account deletion; contact us to request deletion of server-held account data. Our privacy notice explains how we use your information.
We’ll explain material changes to these terms in the app. The updated date above shows when this page was last revised.
