CatchWorm is a free, independent, UK-based concert discovery and trip-planning service. Follow artists for email alerts about new tour dates and ticket sales in your country or worldwide, then explore ticket links, travel and nearby stays.

For years, my daughter has dreamed of seeing her favourite artists live. But we kept finding out too late. The tickets had sold out, or the concert had already happened.

As her mum, I wanted to give her that moment: hearing the first notes of a song she loves and watching her favourite artist walk onto the stage.

But between work and everyday life, I couldn’t keep up with all the newsletters, social accounts and tour pages. When I spoke to friends, so many had stories of shows they’d missed too.

As a product designer, my job is to listen and find ways to make life a little easier. This time, the problem was close to home.
