Concert alerts, ticket updates and planning your night. Find out how CatchWorm works and what to check before you book.
Finding shows
How can I find shows in a city on specific dates?
Search for a city on CatchWorm’s homepage to see artists with upcoming shows in our catalogue. Check the country shown to find the right city. Each card opens that artist’s next show there. To browse a wider range of events on specific dates, try Skiddle or Ticketmaster. These are partner links: we may earn commission if you book, but we add no booking fee. Check the seller’s dates, availability and charges before paying.

How do I get notified when an artist announces a tour?
Follow the artists you care about and choose email alerts for new tour dates and announcements on CatchWorm. We bring together updates from our available sources, so you have fewer places to check. Coverage varies by artist, and alerts may not be immediate.
How do I set up concert alerts on CatchWorm?
Search for an artist, open their page and choose Set alerts. Select the updates you want and sign in to save your preferences. You can choose new tour dates, ticket-sale updates, tickets back on sale from the official seller and new announcements.
Can I get concert alerts without using social media?
Yes. CatchWorm sends free concert alerts by email, so you don’t need a social media account. Search for an artist, open their page and choose Set alerts. Select the updates you want, choose your country or Worldwide, then sign in to save your preferences. Your saved preferences control your emails; switching the country or World tab only changes what you browse. We check available sources, including artist websites, public social posts and ticket-provider listings. Coverage varies by artist, alerts may not be immediate, and saving alerts doesn’t automatically email you every show already listed.
Can I get worldwide concert alerts or updates for my country?
Yes. When setting up artist alerts, choose Worldwide or the country shown in your preferences. Alerts follow your artists across that country or worldwide, rather than within a city radius. Worldwide is useful if you’re willing to travel for a show. The country and World tabs on the feeds control what you browse; your saved alert preferences control your emails.

Why can’t I find an artist or all of their tour dates?
Try searching the artist’s full name and selecting the correct result. CatchWorm isn’t limited to the artists shown in Explore artists, but our sources may not list every performer or show. If something is missing, send us the artist’s name and an official announcement link through Contact.
Tickets
How can I get notified when concert tickets go on sale?
On the artist’s CatchWorm page, choose Set alerts and select Tickets going on sale. We send updates when our available sources report a qualifying change. For a sale you don’t want to miss, also set a reminder for the seller’s published sale time and time zone.
Does “On sale” mean concert tickets are still available?
No. On sale means the sale has started; it doesn’t confirm that tickets remain. Tickets available reflects availability information from our sources or checks and can change. The ticket seller confirms what you can buy and the final price at checkout.
How do I get presale access or a presale code?
Start with the artist’s official website and the instructions on the ticket seller’s event page. Some presales require registration, fan-club membership or eligibility with a sponsor. CatchWorm alerts don’t give you a presale code, priority access or a guaranteed ticket.

Do sold-out concerts ever release more tickets?
Sometimes. Extra allocations or returned tickets may become available, but there’s no guarantee. Check the official seller’s waiting list where offered. You can choose alerts for tickets back on sale from the official seller. We don’t monitor resale marketplaces or send resale alerts. Coverage depends on the information available to us; the seller confirms the ticket type and availability.
Does CatchWorm sell concert tickets?
No. CatchWorm helps you discover shows and links you to ticket sellers. You choose and pay for tickets on the seller’s website. Check the seller’s current availability, prices and terms before buying, and contact that provider about payments, bookings or refunds.
Does CatchWorm add a fee when I follow a ticket link?
No. CatchWorm adds no fees. We may earn commission from the ticket seller if you buy through a partner link. The seller sets ticket prices and any booking charges, which you can review before paying.
Planning your night
How do I plan travel and accommodation for a concert?
Open the show’s event page to explore travel options and somewhere to stay. Check the exact performance date and venue before booking. Travel times and prices are estimates, and you complete bookings with the provider you choose.
Should I book a hotel or travel home after a concert?
Compare your last train or bus with the venue’s published show times, allowing time to leave and reach the station. If getting home looks tight, an overnight stay may help. Check accommodation location, check-in arrangements and cancellation terms before booking.
Your alerts
Where does CatchWorm get artist announcements and tour dates?
Our sources include artist websites, Instagram announcements and event listings from ticket providers such as Ticketmaster and Skiddle. Announcement cards link to a source where one is recorded. Photo-credit links identify the image’s creator and licence; they aren’t the source of the tour news.
Why is there a tour announcement but no individual show dates?
An announcement may describe a tour date range and several cities without matching each show to a date and venue. We display individual show cards when we have that detail. We don’t treat every day in a tour date range as a confirmed performance.
Why haven’t I received a concert alert?
Check that email alerts are on, the artist is followed, and your alert types and country preferences match the update. Check your junk folder too. Alerts depend on new information from our sources; following an artist doesn’t automatically email every show already listed.
How do I change or stop concert alerts?
Use Manage alert preferences on an artist’s page to change or stop that artist’s updates. To pause all alert emails, open Alert settings under Your account or use the unsubscribe link in an alert email. Sign-in verification emails are separate.
