Official venue and visitor information
Getting to the venue
The Wiltern is at Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue in Koreatown. Wilshire/Western Metro station is across the street; the venue’s older directions call this the Purple Line. Check Metro’s current D Line map for your date.
For a downtown or Union Station arrival, use Metro’s planner to check the rail connection to Wilshire/Western. For Hollywood, check the interchange rather than assuming the venue is on the Hollywood rail line.
Plan the journey home
Look up the last D Line departure from Wilshire/Western and any connecting line before you leave. Do not use the venue page’s general late-night hours as a promise for a particular concert date or engineering-work night.
If collecting a parked car, confirm the garage’s closing time and pedestrian entrance. The venue’s Ralphs-area parking instructions distinguish the parking access from the supermarket entrance; save the instructions for the parking product you actually bought.
Accessible arrival and seating
Contact The Wiltern before booking if you need a wheelchair space, companion ticket, hearing support or another adjustment. Confirm the route from your station, parking space or drop-off to your ticketed area, including any lifts or stairs.
Use the venue’s current visitor information to ask about accessible entrances and assistance. A nearby station or parking space does not establish that the whole route is step-free.
Parking, drop-off and collection
The Wiltern does not operate the surrounding public parking lots. Check the entrance, operator and closing time of any lot you book.
Agree a permitted collection point before the show, with a backup if traffic restrictions change. Check the parking operator’s closing time, pedestrian exit and event conditions before paying.
Entry, bags and event-specific rules
The venue publishes a 12 × 6 × 12 inch bag limit, but its FAQ contains differing wording. Confirm the policy for your show and avoid bringing overnight luggage.
Check the current concert page for bag restrictions, prohibited items, age rules, ticket requirements and doors time. Arrange overnight luggage storage separately; do not assume a cloakroom or bag-drop service is available. Ask the venue about medical items in advance.
Where to base an overnight stay
Koreatown can let you combine dinner and the concert without crossing Los Angeles, and a genuinely walkable hotel removes a late rail connection. Check the specific street route and front-desk hours.
Downtown can suit an onward rail trip and sightseeing, with a Metro journey back from Wilshire/Western. Hollywood is a different base and may add an interchange. Compare those journeys before choosing a hotel simply because its address says Los Angeles.
