TD Garden concert travel guide

North Station is the station, on the ground floor under the arena, at 135 Causeway Street for the MBTA. Commuter rail from the north comes in directly. The underground passage links those platforms to the subway under Causeway Street. Orange and Green line trains stop at North Station. Enter the Garden at the east or west entrance.

From the south-side commuter rail, TD Garden says to use Back Bay and the Orange Line, except the Old Colony and Fairmount lines, which it routes via South Station. The Red Line connects at Park Street to an eastbound Green Line, three stops to North Station. The Blue Line connects at Government Center, two Green Line stops on. South Station is the Red Line to Park Street, then that same Green Line.

You are already in North Station when you leave the arena. Check the last commuter train and the last Orange or Green line train separately. The passage between them is open, which does not keep a train waiting.

From 7pm to 2am, rideshare pickup is geolocated to Merrimac Street. Collect a checked bag on level 1 first. The bag check stays open until one hour after the event, and the hours can still vary.

Elevators to level 2 leave from the North Station concourse, The Hub on Causeway and the garage. Two elevators on level 2 then reach the arena levels. Say you need an accessible seat when you buy. Wheelchair spaces are sold across price ranges. Email accessibleneeds@tdgarden.com or call 617-624-1750.

A wheelchair escort can be requested 72 hours ahead. If you miss that, ask at Elevator 1 on the night. Service dogs are allowed. Support animals are not. A service dog needs its own ticket if it occupies another seat.

The arena address is 100 Legends Way. For the North Station Garage, TD Garden gives the Nashua Street ramp at 121 Nashua Street and the Causeway Street ramp at 140 Causeway Street. Clearance is 6 feet 8 inches. Garage elevators go to the North Station concourse.

The A–Z guide lists a flat event rate of 65 dollars, and it describes the entry window differently in different sections. Read the parking page for your event before you rely on a number. From 7pm to 2am, rideshare is on Merrimac Street, not at the garage door.

Bags, including clear bags, must not exceed 6 by 4 by 1.5 inches. Diaper bags, breast-pump bags and medical bags are exceptions and can be x-rayed. Tickets are mobile only.

A larger bag can be checked for 15 dollars at the Event Bag Check on level 1 in North Station. It opens two hours before the event and stays open until one hour after. The venue still asks you not to bring one.

The North End and the streets around North Station match the Orange and Green lines and the Merrimac Street pickup. A hotel at South Station or Back Bay adds the change TD Garden describes, so check the last Green or Orange line train before you book it.

On your CatchWorm event page, Venue & stays lets you explore nearby accommodation. Check late check-in and cancellation terms with the provider before booking.
