Oakland Arena concert travel guide

Oakland Arena shares a site with the Oakland Coliseum. BART directs arena visitors to Coliseum station, across the pedestrian bridge and around the Coliseum.

Arrival option: Coliseum BART station and the pedestrian bridge. Use the official arrival map to match the last part of your route to the entrance printed on your concert ticket. Leave time for queues and security checks.

Compare accommodation with a useful BART connection against a planned car journey. Check the last train for your destination before choosing a hotel.

Plan backwards from your last onward service and allow time to leave the venue. Check the date-specific return journey, including transfers; do not assume a service or shuttle advertised for a sports fixture also runs for your concert.

Contact Oakland Arena before booking if you need a wheelchair space, companion ticket, hearing support or another adjustment. Confirm the route from your station, parking space or drop-off to your ticketed area, including any lifts or stairs.

Use the venue’s current visitor information to ask about accessible entrances and assistance. A nearby station or parking space does not establish that the whole route is step-free.
