Estadio GNP Seguros concert travel guide

The stadium says the nearest Metro stations are Ciudad Deportiva and Puebla, both on Line 9. Use the gate printed on your ticket. The stadium says parking entrances are gates 7, 8, 9 and 15 of the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez and Ciudad Deportiva, and that those entrances can change with the layout.

Box office before the event is at gate 7 of Palacio de los Deportes, Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 17:00. On the day it is at gate 6 of Ciudad Deportiva, 10:00 to 22:00. Those are not the same door as every concert entrance.

Line 9 is the published way out as well as the way in. Check Metro CDMX for the last train from Ciudad Deportiva and Puebla on your date, including whether the service ends at midnight.

Leave by the gate you are told to use. The stadium warns that access points change with the event, so a route you used for a previous show may be closed.

Ticketmaster’s page for this stadium says there is a dedicated area on the field, and that special-assistance staff are under Grada 2 at Gate 6 of Ciudad Deportiva and at the south tubular section, Gate 15.

Buy that seat before you travel, and carry the gate number with the ticket. A Line 9 station being the nearest Metro stop does not by itself describe step-free access from the platform to the seat.

Parking is inside Ciudad Deportiva Magdalena Mixhuca and the Autódromo, through gates 7, 8, 9 and 15. Ticketmaster says General, Preferente and Premium parking enter by Gate 15, and VIP parking by Gate 7. Those passes are sold in advance on Ticketmaster and can sell out.

The address for navigation is Viaducto Río de la Piedad, Granjas México, Iztacalco. Agree a pickup point at the gate on your ticket rather than at a different side of the autodrome.

Ticketmaster’s venue rules say video cameras, professional cameras, food and drink, pets, weapons, umbrellas and backpacks are not allowed. Children pay from the age of 3, and the age rule can still depend on the event.

There is no stadium cloakroom described on the official arrival page. Leave a large bag at your hotel before you take Line 9.

Compare a hotel near Line 9 with one in the centre only after you know the last Metro from Ciudad Deportiva. Iztacalco is the simpler exit. A central hotel is the simpler base if your other plans are there and the Metro is still running.

On your CatchWorm event page, Venue & stays lets you explore nearby accommodation. Check late check-in and cancellation terms with the provider before booking.
