Your questions, answered
Can I get gig alerts in the UK?
Yes. Choose the UK in your artist’s alert preferences for relevant UK updates, or select Worldwide if you are willing to travel further.
Can I browse gigs in my city?
Yes. The Concerts by city directory lists upcoming shows in CatchWorm’s catalogue. City pages have year filters and links to individual shows. Alert preferences are currently set by artist and country, rather than by city radius.
Can I change or stop gig alerts?
Yes. You can edit each artist’s preferences, unfollow an artist, or pause email alerts from Alert settings. Emails also include an unsubscribe link.
