How do I get to the park?
The council says to take Metro bus 7A, 7B, 7C or 7D from Belfast city centre and get off outside the park, or to plan the journey on Translink. It does not name a railway station or a walking time.
Entrances are on Ormeau Road, Ormeau Embankment, Park Road and Ravenhill Road. Check the event for which gate is in use.
Plan the journey home before the show
The park page publishes daytime closing times, including 5.30pm from 25 October to 7 November 2026. Those hours describe the park, not necessarily your event. Check the show for when the site opens and closes.
Check the last Metro or train you will use. A concert ticket does not reserve a bus.
Check the whole accessible route
The park page does not publish a step-free concert route, an accessible viewing area or a Blue Badge car park. Contact the event organiser before you rely on step-free access.
Confirm which of the four entrances is open for the show, and whether the ground from that gate to the stage is suitable for you.
Driving, parking and pick-up
The park page does not publish concert parking or a drop-off. Do not assume you can drive to the stage.
Agree a pick-up on a street the event actually names. The council contact for the park is parksinfo@belfastcity.gov.uk.
Bags and entry checks
The park page does not publish a concert bag size. Outdoor shows usually set their own search rules, so read the event before you pack.
Leave overnight luggage somewhere else unless the event says it can come through the gate.
Where should I base an overnight stay?
Compare a stay near the Ormeau Road with one near the station or bus you will use to leave Belfast. Check the event entrance and the late Translink service first.
On your CatchWorm event page, Venue & stays lets you explore nearby accommodation. Check late check-in and luggage terms with the provider.
